		<description>I think it&#039;s wrong to say someone will never catch up to the others. Talent and hard work BOTH matter. I don&#039;t know anyone, comic, writer, author, or artist, at least in my circles, who hasn&#039;t invested a LOT more than 10,000 hours or 10 years to pursue their passions.

I guess I&#039;m just over these &quot;Outliers&quot; type mentalities who want it to be all black and white. It just isn&#039;t. I will let these dudes fight it out over the formulas, and keep on working, like I always have. It&#039;s funny to me that they even TRY to quantify it.</description>
