I have been following this story as well as Junaita and my understanding is that she is trying to bring a face to domestic violence. I now have three friends who have been through horrible domestic violence and all three are believers as were their husbands. She got married on TV and made a huge show out of it; it is only just natural to end it on TV for the US to know and eventually the whole world through the Internet. It is just a natural progression. My only prayer is that after this is all said and done, both of them will take time off and rethink their whole walk with God and do what Jesus said "Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion? Come to me. Get away with me and you'll recover your life. I'll show you how to take a real rest. Walk with me and work with me - watch how I do it. Learn the unforced rhythms of grace. I won't lay anything heavy or ill-fitting on you. Keep company with me and you'll learn to live freely and lightly." On the contrary I see this differently.
