For the USA broadcast the toll free phone number mentioned via graphics tat viewers could call between 8am-9am Monday thru Friday for counseling. <p> As programme producer I asked during a creative meeting "why only 8-9 a.m.?" Because that's when prayer counselors are available, I was told. I said, "what if a person is considering suicide, is watching the programme and wants to speak urgently to a counselor at 2 a.m.?" The response, was, "well we're here from 8-9 a.m."<p> My response: "I guess the suicidal person will have to put the gun down and wait to call til the morning."<p> They were not amused.
