She handed it to the cashier, who promptly said, "We can't take it. You haven't signed the back." So, the lady takes out a pen, signs and hand it back. The cashier promptly took it and said, "Thank you!" And proceeded with the purchase. I guess now management patterns are changing. This happens partly because of new ways of collaboration and new technologies. I mean tools, like Wrike http://www.wrike.com for example can make it easier for people to work together without following  too many rules.
