On the church front, we’ve realized that it’s time for the 5-fold ministry has to do only what it’s called to do: equip the saints for them to do the ministry.

Listen to the culture."  </em>I see so many churches and non profits "beautifully prepared for a world that no longer exists."  These are classic top down organizations married to the status quo, unproductive, unresponsive, stagnant.</p><p>New media has created a new world.  It has never been easier to build networks and drive traffic between them.  "The Internet has eliminated the barriers of geography, cost and time."
