		<description>&lt;p&gt;Phil, you&#039;re not saying anything I haven&#039;t heard you say before, and yet it&#039;s still an exciting message.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Maybe because so many still don&#039;t get it or are locked into the &quot;we did it this way yesterday and it worked so why change&quot; syndrome.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Sometimes I wonder if the reason it&#039;s so hard for many of us to think outside of the box is because we don&#039;t throw the box away and it&#039;s still there and while we want to think outside of the box, we create things that will still fit into it.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Keep up the good work!&lt;/p&gt;</description>
